Turn clarity into
something practical.

Plan one small block of time. Record what your day felt like. These tools do not estimate cortisol or promise health outcomes.

Your routine starter

Choose a focus and an available time block. Get a simple plan you can adapt to your circumstances.

A planning aid, not a treatment protocol. Choose activities that fit your abilities and any professional advice you already follow.

Your daily observation

Record sleep duration and how your day felt. Start with observation, not a hormone explanation.

Your entries (0)

No entries yet. One observation is a useful start.

Entries are not sent to us by these tools. Changes in these observations do not establish changes in cortisol.

    Use with awareness

    A plan you can adapt.
    A record you can read.

Keep the purpose practical and the interpretation modest.

    01 · CHOOSE

    Pick a realistic block.

Choose morning, evening or a daytime pause. The 5-, 10- and 15-minute options allocate the time you selected; they are not treatment doses.

    02 · OBSERVE

    Describe the day.

Record sleep duration, perceived energy, perceived stress and one habit. An entry describes your experience; it does not establish its medical cause.

    03 · REVIEW

    Keep patterns in context.

Read your notes as observations. Different days do not demonstrate a change in cortisol. Persistent or concerning symptoms deserve professional evaluation.

    Your entries · Your choice

    Know what is kept.
    Know where it stays.

By default, entries stay only in the current page session. Reloading or closing the page discards them.

If you select “Keep entries in this browser,” the journal uses browser storage on this device. It is not encrypted, is not a secure medical record and is not synced across devices.

A CSV download creates a file on your device. Store it appropriately, especially on a shared device.

These tools do not send journal entries to us. The website also uses Google Analytics and has Google AdSense code installed. External fonts and links involve requests to third-party services. See the Privacy Policy for details and privacy choices.

What happens if I add the same date again?

The new entry replaces that date’s existing entry. The journal keeps one observation per date.

How do I remove saved entries?

Delete an individual entry or use “Clear all entries.” Unchecking the browser-storage option removes the stored copy while keeping the current entries in the open page.

What if browser storage is unavailable?

You can continue with entries in the open page. If the journal cannot save to browser storage, it displays a message. Do not assume entries were saved. Download a CSV if you want to retain a separate copy.

Will these tools lower or raise cortisol?

The tools do not measure cortisol or establish hormone changes. They organize time and observations. They do not diagnose or treat endocrine conditions.
